At the Barcelona Lab new technologies and design have been created and new methods of innovation have been put in place, using user-centered and open innovation approaches combine with world class research in telecommujnications, networks, data mining, visualization, video technologies, voice recognition, recommender systems, internet of things, or semantic web technoologies. It has a strong commitment to connect with creative people in differente areas from design to the arts. It has been collaborating with Ferran Adria elBulli and elBulliFoundations for the last three years and it is a strategic partner.
